Peter Papanicolaou ,President - Mr. Papanicolaou is a professional individual who has gained vast knowledge with over twenty years experience in the construction field. He holds a Masters of Science in Construction Management and Construction Engineering. He has excellent facilitation, leadership and communication skills, and is proficient in all phases of construction, project management and overall corporate operations. Peter Papanicolaou has extensive knowledge and experience with Building Departments Regulations and city building codes. His work has been recognized by various organizations and officials including the Bronx Borough President with the Business Man of the year award, the Brooklyn Borough President and the New York City Comptroller. He is a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers, the National Society of Professional Engineers, and the Civil Engineering Honor Society.
Anastasia Papanicolaou, Vice President of Administration - Mrs. Papanicolaou has a Masters of Science degree in Civil Engineering from New Jersey Institute of Technology. She analyzes and organizes office operations and procedures. She analyzes blueprints, specifications, and other documentation in order to determine the material and labor requirements and prepare itemized lists. She is responsible for preparing bids, and required EO and Vendex Forms. She prepares progress schedules, safety reports and subcontract documents. She organizes the bookkeeping, payroll preparation, the reconciling and balancing of accounts, and oversees all financial areas of the corporation. Mrs. Papanicolaou researches and evaluates software and maximizes office productivity through proficient use of appropriate software applications.
Kyprianos Lambiris, R.A., Vice President of Design - A Registered Architect, Mr. Lambiris has over 28 years of experience. He is an In house Architect for design – build projects. He is responsible for researching, planning, designing and preparing construction documents and specifications. He is also responsible for reviewing zoning and code requirements. He performs control inspections and provides construction site safety and health inspections. Mr. Lambiris also performs internal quality assurance inspections.
Douglas Timmons, Vice President of Operations - Over 20 years experience in the construction field. Mr. Timmons was the Director of D.P.M‘s Capital Building Program for the NYC Department of HPD for over 9 years. He directed and coordinated the architectural, engineering and construction operations including the establishment and implementation of policies and procedures.Mr. Timmons is responsible for all field operations for JF Contracting. He is the liaison between owners, architects and NYC agency personnel for all Construction and Construction Management programs. He coordinates meetings, resolves issues and expedites construction scheduling and completion. He oversees work progress daily to insure that construction practices, code requirements, safety, workmanship and quality meet the standards that JF Contracting has built its reputation on.
Robert Rodriguez, Senior Construction Manager- Mr. Rodriguez has over 20 years experience as a Site Supervisor, Project Manager and Construction Manager. He has a Bachelor of Business Administration. His duties in the above capacities include: preparing detailed scopes of work, specifications, cost estimates, time schedules, conducting bid openings, preparing contract documents. In addition, he is responsible for reviewing Contractor Vendex and Equal Opportunity forms. He monitors Subcontractor work to ensure compliance with contract documents, coordinates contract administration matters with Owners, Architects, and Contractors, conducts job-site meetings, prepares monthly status reports, change order request proposals, and invoice payment requests.
Tian H.Chen, Associate Architect - Mr. Chen oversees projects from schematic design phase to Construction phase. His responsibilities include the documentation of existing conditions, research design, making presentations to clients, analyzing construction documents, and reviewing specifications and submittals. He is also responsible for expediting filings with the New York City Department of Buildings and appropriate agencies.
Myroslav Hrabovsky, Construction Manager - Mr. Hrabovsky has over 7 years experience in construction supervision. He has a Bachelor of Science in Building Engineering. He is responsible for preparing scopes and bid documents for various projects. He reviews and supervises contracts. He coordinates HVAC, plumbing, electrical and G/C trades to ensure that the contractors comply with all specifications, drawings and NYC code requirements. He is responsible for monitoring job progress, he attends all job-site meetings with owners, architects and contractors and initiates all daily reports and final project reports.
Cristina Lima, Intern Architect- Ms. Lima has an Associate in Applied Science of Architectural Technology. She assists the Architect with projects in schematic design, design development, field surveys and project presentations to clients. She is responsible for the documentation of existing conditions, preparing construction documents, as well as reviewing submittals. She has over 4 years of experience in generating construction documents using AutoCAD.
Svetlana Razzhivina, Intern Architect- Ms. Razzhivina performs field surveys and documents existing conditions using AutoCAD. She also assists the architect with projects in schematic design, and with the preparation of construction documents.
Dimitrios Michail, Project Superintendent - Mr. Michail is responsible for all Construction Coordination of Gut Rehabs. He coordinates all trade and meets with the Owner, Architect and Project Managers weekly to review progress, answer questions and tend to daily needs. He also Inspects and ensures that all specifications and drawings are adhered to and follows up on all sign offs and DOB inspections.
George Kasternos , Intern CM/Architect Assistant - Mr. Kasternos assists the Architect and Construction Manager with surveying, expediting, and violation removal. He is responsible for the preparation of construction documents and the finalization of paperwork for approval from the Department of Buildings.
Anzhelika Pertsova, Administrative Assistant -Ms. Pertsova graduated from the Catherine Gibbs School with a degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management. She manages the Supervisor’s calendar and schedules appointments. She screens incoming calls, corresponds and initiates resolutions when possible. She prepares memos, composes and prepares correspondence and reports. She maintains database and spreadsheet files and assists Construction Managers in putting together Specifications and Bid Documents. She is also responsible for ordering, receiving and maintaining office supplies.
